This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy applies to all consultations, talismans (amulets), spiritual products, gemstones, and related services offered by Jyotish Debabrata. By placing an order, booking a consultation, or making any payment, the customer confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
Consultation Policy
- If a client cancels a confirmed consultation booking, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative expenses, time reservation, booking charges, and related operational costs.
- A client may reschedule a consultation only once, free of charge.
- Jyotish Debabrata reserves the absolute right to reschedule a consultation as many times as necessary due to operational or other unavoidable reasons.
- If Jyotish Debabrata cancels or reschedules a consultation and the client does not wish to accept the newly offered date or time, the client may request a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- If the client fails to attend the consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking shall be considered completed, and no refund shall be issue
Talismans (Amulets), Spiritual Products & Gemstones
- All talismans, spiritual products, and gemstones are selected, customized, or prepared based on the client’s personal consultation, beliefs, and specific requirements.
- All sales of talismans, spiritual products, and gemstones are final. No Return, Exchange, or Refund will be accepted.
- Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, pricing, specifications, and intended purpose before making any payment.
- Once payment has been successfully completed, the transaction shall be deemed final and irrevocable, and no refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or credit will be provided under normal circumstances.
- A change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, change in belief, or failure to achieve expected spiritual or personal results shall not constitute grounds for any refund, return, exchange, or compensation.
No Guarantee of Results
Astrological consultations, spiritual guidance, talismans, and gemstones are provided based on traditional astrological and spiritual principles. Jyotish Debabrata does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, success, financial gain, marriage, employment, business growth, health improvement, or any other personal achievement. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
Customer Acknowledgement
By making any payment, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- They have read and accepted this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy in its entirety.
- They voluntarily agree to all the terms before making payment.
- They will not claim a refund, return, exchange, or compensation except as expressly provided in this policy.
Modification of Policy
Jyotish Debabrata reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the official website shall be deemed the governing version
Governing Law
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any provision of this policy shall be enforced only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
